I spoke to the author and responded to some of his questions...but his characterization that I don't support or believe in HD-Audio is not what I said. I do have some difficulties with standard definition materials in high-resolution bit buckets. But I know that 24-bits and 96 kHz PCM files provide the potential for better fidelity than a CD.
